After I made a few of the lovely paper purses that I blogged about on Monday and Tuesday, I gave them a good, long look and thought to myself, "Hmmm...what I can do with these?"
Well, let's take a look.
I added some rhinestones and added more flowers to the red purse to give it a little bling. I think it has an understated elegance now:
Adding rhinestones got me to thinking...I needed a new
purse for a black-tie event that my husband and I were attending. I
used some Designer Series Paper that I had left-over from Halloween,
added some rhinestones, and cut up an old belt for the handle:
This next purse is my absolute favorite! It ranks second on my list of all-time favorite things I have made:
I like it so much that here it is from another angle:
