You will need five of each of the pieces below:
Attach the outside cover to the cardboard with Mod Podge.
Be sure to Mod Podge the flaps, then adhere the inside cover piece.
Make 5 fan pieces.
Punch a hole on the narrow end of each piece.
Attach the fan pieces together with a piece of ribbon.
To attach the wide pieces of the fan together, you will need a long piece of ribbon and double-sided adhesive.
In order for the fan to open and close properly, place the pieces on top of each other in the order shown below.
Be sure to leave the ribbon loose in the areas where there is no adhesive.
